Guild Wars say hello to Blight Gaming. Blight Gaming is a professional gaming organization and company ran/started by a few notable guild wars players such as “Average Jo” “Luke the Legendary” “Blackfoger kf” “Fabio Wannabe” on our slew of experience staff. Over the summer we have really blossomed acquiring some of the top teams in the nation as well as internationally known players in Team Fortress 2, Counter Strike 1.6, Counter Strike Source and an onslaught of over ten games under our repertoire. As our staff has been raised by the guild wars community and want to keep our presence in one of the largest MMO’s and one of the more competitive communities. We are going to open up a competitive active guild with the fiscal backing of our company. Stay tuned to Blight Gaming news with us in IRC #Blight for information regarding upcoming guild wars events and news. Reason you ask we may do this is to establish a third party presence and credibility early with the guild wars community as well as TeamQuitter forums, to help commercialize the game into the Esports genre to the point of other games that have paid players, news coverage, and mass endorsement. When Guild Wars two rolls around we plan on having an (Xen of) onslaught of tournaments, ladders and LAN’s hoping to overshadow any previous financially winnings the past four years of Guild Wars one in a matter of few months.

Blight Gaming is interested in recruiting players for all aspects of the game. That being said we are interested in recruiting a top tier GvG team that is active consistent and will not reform after 3 months. A halls team to represent us in the other aspect of PvP. and Pve’ers/AB’ers (Luxon). In part we will be forming an alliance with these guilds to have dominance in the Guild Wars scene and to own a town.

*We will have monthly drawing also for all guild members giving away massive amounts of hardware for dedication to the guild/alliance for excellence in performance and outstanding generosity.*

Next month we will have a huge promotional unveiling of our new state-of-the-art website with the announcement of a few new teams under our syndicate, a mass assortment of shout casted live matches of several of our current teams, a Ventrilo party, announcement of a few new sponsors and an announcement for the guild wars community so stay tuned.
